He attended Berklee and becoming the college’s youngest graduate then. Later, he played live with Alanis Morissette, Jewel, Aimee Mann and many more. In this video, Julian talks about his 1991 semi-hollow guitar, which he sees as the perfect balance between a classic and a modern 335-style instrument. Old enough to have character but not too precious to take on the road, it became his go-to guitar for gigs.
