The MFX’s ‘Squoval Rezonator’ is a Dual-mode (8 band mono or 4 band true-stereo) resonator built from a collection of linked resonant band pass filters. Here the Castle is processed through the Rezonator in stereo, with 4 filter bands per side. After initially setting a base frequency, the Ratio control is set to Oct+ to create a 1 octave span between the bands. The Resonance is then increased to 90%, producing a vocal like formant filtering. CV1 is assigned to the base frequency to sweep all 8 bands simultaneously and the Ratio is increased to produce a round phasing effect. 〰️
