Tape Loops and Reverse are new features in the latest version of Arcade. Inspired by tape looping and sampling techniques (and Output’s first-ever plugin Rev), Arcade’s chromatic Instruments now possess the unique playing experience of layered looping and reverse Instruments. Tape Loops allows sampled loops to work in asymmetric layers and play against each other for an organic, evolving sound. The Reverse feature lets you reverse any of the three source layers in an Arcade Instrument. Use these features to create vintage-inspired synths and future-forward textures.
