SSL X Marc Daniel Nelson: mixing with the 4K B plug-in, UC1, UF8 and 360° Plug-in Mixer

In this video, Marc Daniel Nelson (Fleetwood Mac, Jason Mraz, Colbie Caillat, Solo, Blade Runner) gives you a guided tour of the SSL 4K B plug-in and its integration with UC1, UF8 and SSL 360°.

Expertly modelled and with first-class integration in the SSL 360° Plug-in Mixer ecosystem, the 4K B plug-in is an authentic channel strip emulation of the SL 4000 B console – full of tone, punch and rich non-linear analogue character.

The SL 4000 B was released in 1976 and was famously used in the ‘Stone Room’ at London’s Townhouse Studios. The console was responsible for countless iconic records, including Phil Collins’ ‘In the Air Tonight’, The Buggles’ ‘Video Killed the Radio Star’ and Peter Gabriel’s ‘Intruder’.
