Let’s hear the 4 drum kits sampled for the RX1200 Factory Collection. William’s drum set has been recorded in a small apartment for the Dry and the Gate presets. A microphone located in the kitchen, next to the drum room, has been used to create the Gate kit. For the Hall and Stadium kits, the drums have been recorded in a farm shed, capturing the natural reverberation from the place. For the Stadium kit, a microphone was placed very far, on the edge of the shed.
