I expect this is likely to be a hardware problem. I am a long time user of Amadeus as evidenced by the
fact I am using Amadeus II which has worked well for me for a long time which is why I am more suspicious
that this problem is hardware related.
I am running an old iMac OS 10.6.8 which is about as new as will still work to interface iTunes
with my iPod classic (yeah I’m old school).
Before I decide to replace Amadeus I want to at least attempt to trouble shoot this new issue.
