I have an mp3 file that is at 320 kb/s – I checked it with MediaInfo to make sure. When I drag it onto the Amadeus Pro icon or right-click and choose Open with…, then and check the Sound Info, it says 192 kb/s. However, if I open it from within the application, it shows 320. I wonder how many files I’ve opened via drag and just never checked, but was working with a reduced-bitrate import. Is this explained anywhere?
