Discussion • (2.8.11 – 2639) can’t change sample rate

When changing the bits / sample rate (bar below left) there appear no rate numbers. Bits can be chosen in the list, but nothing happens afterwards.
Quit and reopen gives the initial bit/rate. I’ve tried that with mp3 files only.

Any solutions?
