🦑Assigning controls from the AXON-2 to Squid params to perform tweaks to a break by hand.🫱 The AXON-2 provides 4 freely assignable offsets / CV inputs and 2 performance buttons, great for adding more immediate performance control to Pam, Squid or MFX.

A split drum break sample is triggered and sequenced via mmMidi. One by one, the offsets of the AXON-2 are assigned to control the sample’s parameters, starting with speed and high pass filter cut off. Using the A+B performance buttons, a chord voice on channel 6 is quickly added in (pressing A to navigate channel and B to unmute). 👉🔵 Offset assigning then continues, adding a single control for both sample rate / bit depth and another to reverse the break. With all 4 AXON-2 controls assigned the break sample can now be quickly reshaped by hand.
