Jesús Fernández is back on Toolroom Trax for one more time this year with another Afro/Latin club essential that he is fast becoming prolific for. It’s been a great start to Jesús Fernández’s Toolroom journey this year with his tracks ‘Old Skool’ and ‘Noche y Día’ (the collaboration with Javi Reina & Daveartt), both records gained strong support on SiriusXM Pitbull’s Globalization, BBC Radio 1 and a firm favourite for the DJ sets of HUGEL, Mark Knight and Bob Sinclar. Jesús Fernández has really came into his own this year and the label looks forward to building on the relationship with him into 2026 as he continues to make people feel good on the dancefloor with his powerful authentic Afro/Latin beats.

‘Guayabú’ follows his recent trends perfectly, with his signature big tribal drums and earworms created from the percussion alone. The Spanish vocal picks up the pace and ‘Guayabú’ meaning ‘Hangover’ makes for this record to be another essential party starter.
